Yoga is an ancient practice originating in India that we have the privilege to practice all over the world. The word ‘yoga’ derives from a sanskrit word meaning ‘to unite’ or ‘to yoke’ – yoga certainly fosters physical wellness, but our true goal in practice is to unite the body, mind, and spirit.
From complete beginners to experienced yogis, Abby will craft a session respecting all physiques and addressing your physical or mental goals. She especially loves teaching chair yoga. Yoga can do so much—from addressing areas of chronic tightness, to challenging your strength and balance; soothing the nervous system, or stoking your inner fire. Discover a nourishing practice that unites your body and mind, made just for you.
Abby started selling her handmade goods under the name wally co in 2019. Stop by her ceramics atelier and learn about the process of making pottery by hand and with the wheel. Want to get your hands in the mud? Book a lesson and try for yourself! Experienced ceramicists can inquire about renting open studio access during their stay. Take your pieces home with you if the kiln is fired during your stay, or arrange shipment direct chez vous. Abby also loves to make macrame plant hangers, and you can book a session to make one with her.
Take home a unique souvenir from the boutique—whether it’s a wally co original, an antiques or vintage piece, or a regional organic product from one of our nearby friends.
Thai massage is a healing practice with ancient origins that is therapeutic to body and mind, addressing our physical structure and our energetic pathways. Traditional thai massage typically uses no oils or lotions, and the recipient remains fully clothed. It is performed reclining or seated on floor mats. The massage therapist uses their whole body to stretch, press, and rock, guiding the recipient into various postures to mobilize the whole body.
Nath was introduced to Thai massage during her travels to Thailand as an athlete, and realized her long-time dream of becoming a Thai massage therapist with the Thai Healing Massage Academy’s intensive course.
Explore deep presence and stillness with a guided meditation session with Nath or Abby. Breath and smile.
